Preparing your Art Images for prints.
The number one reason for customer returns of Art Prints is because the quality is too low. This can happen if you don't follow our recommendations for the images you will use to upload.
ENSURE THAT ALL ART IMAGE FILES FOR PRINT ARE HIGH QUALITY 300dpi.
You need to save your images as either .jpg or .png (and avoid compressing them).
Please note: The maximum file size is 50MB per image.
